Working with MCC
-
Each owner brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. We take a hands-on approach—an owner personally manages the build of every home, while another oversees the financial side of each project to ensure quality, transparency, and fiscal responsibility. We’ve built lasting relationships with our trade partners, many of whom we’ve worked with for more than two decades. These long-standing partnerships are built on mutual trust and a deep understanding of our process, which allows us to deliver consistent craftsmanship and reliability on every home we build.
-
Our process is designed to guide clients seamlessly from concept to completion. We start by assisting with due diligence when procuring land, helping ensure the site is a solid foundation for what’s to come. From there, we help connect clients with the right architect, designer, and landscape architect to fit their vision and project goals.
We collaborate closely with the architect to design a home that aligns with both the client’s aesthetic preferences and budget. As selections are made, we work hand-in-hand with the client and designer to ensure choices stay consistent with financial expectations.
Our estimating process brings clarity and confidence—providing a detailed estimate that reflects each client’s specific needs and priorities. Throughout construction, we hold periodic estimate-versus-cost meetings to keep clients fully informed and engaged.
We also coordinate directly with the client’s bank, from loan application through project completion, ensuring smooth communication and proper funding every step of the way.
Flat-Fee
Our fee structure is straightforward and transparent. The fee is based on the scope of the job and the time it takes to build the home. It does not fluctuate based on material or labor cost changes, giving clients confidence and predictability throughout the project.
Billing
Billing occurs once per month and is based on the percentage of completion—similar to the way banks handle funding. This approach ensures accuracy, accountability, and alignment between progress and payments.

Every home we build is custom—tailored to fit the client’s lifestyle, design preferences, and long-term goals. Every home reflects craftsmanship, quality, and the unique vision of each client.
We take pride in using proven construction techniques, trusted trade partners, and high-quality materials to ensure each home stands the test of time. Attention to detail is evident in every phase, from the foundation to the final finishes.
Ours is a relationship business. Many of our clients have built multiple homes with us over the years, a reflection of the trust and satisfaction we strive to earn with every project. These relationships often grow into lifelong friendships—something we value as much as the homes themselves.
Beyond construction, we focus on delivering a finished product that feels personal, comfortable, and enduring. We are dedicated to creating homes that exceed expectations – built with pride, craftsmanship, and care, so our clients are as proud to own them as we are to have built them.
